Kane Dossett, Founder

Kane Dossett founded Partners National in 1992, and was one of the first real estate brokers to create a program for national telecom switch facility selection following the passage of the Telecom Act of 1996. He has represented corporate clients since 1988, completing transactions in more than 350 cities throughout North America and internationally. Kane's transactions include data centers, telecom switches, back office / operations centers, call centers and general office requirements. Kane received a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Southern Methodist University. He is married and has three sons.

Kirk Killian, President

Kirk Killian represents financial institutions, insurance companies, telecoms, and other leading Fortune 1000 clients in planning and procuring data centers, colocation space and telecom switches. Since joining Partners National in 1999, he has completed more than 400 mission critical projects for many of the world's largest corporations in 40 states and internationally. Kirk leads the data center practice group at PNMCF and he is a frequent presenter at industry conferences on data center planning, selection, and procurement topics and has presented guest lectures at SMU’s Masters in Data Center Systems Engineering program. He served on the Technical Advisory Board and authored (13) articles for Mission Critical Magazine. Kirk received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University with concentrations in Real Estate and Accounting. He is married and has one daughter.
