We identified a “data center ready” shell building to facilitate the rapid build-out of Tier III infrastructure in multiple phases, deferring significant capital expenditures until additional capacity is needed.

PNMCF extensively researched construction costs, property tax rates, and telecom network issues related to specific finalist locations under consideration, and incorporated a study of “green” eco-friendly location attributes.

We negotiated an extremely low electricity cost to accommodate a 30 mW load at full build out, providing utility cost savings exceeding $40 million over the first decade of operations.
