PNMCF coordinated the selection and purchase of an existing, formerly operated data center and back office facility allowing our client to be fully operational within 12 months.
We identified a building with dual electrical utility feeds, redundant backup generators and robust hazard/risk protections, plus expansion capacity on the adjacent parcel.
We evaluated more than 60 facilities in 5 states before selecting project finalists in two major metro areas.
Through aggressively strategic negotiations, PNMCF negotiated a purchase price for the almost new facility for $14 million less than its replacement cost, plus we secured state and local incentives exceeding $10 million.
