Kane Dossett founded Partners National in 1992, and was one of the first real estate brokers to create a program for site selection for national telecom switch facility selection following the passage of the Telecom Act of 1996. He has represented corporate real estate clients since 1988, completing transactions in more than 350 cities throughout North America and internationally. Kane's transactions include data centers, telecom switches, back office / operations centers, call centers and general office requirements. Kane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Southern Methodist University. He is married and has three sons.

Kirk Killian represents financial institutions, insurance companies, and Fortune 1000 clients in procuring data centers, colocation space and telecom switches. Since joining Partners National in 1999, he has completed mission critical projects for many of the world's largest corporations in 30 states and internationally. Kirk leads the data center practice group at PNMCF and he is a frequent presenter at industry conferences on data center facility and disaster recovery topics. Kirk has been a licensed real estate broker since 1987, and received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University with concentrations in Real Estate and Accounting. Kirk is married and has one daughter.

Michael Rareshide joined Partners National in 1994, and has completed telecom switch, data center, back office / operations, and call center projects for dozens of leading telecom, financial institution, and telemarketing companies throughout North America. Prior to joining the company, Michael had significant roles in the real estate development, investment banking and public accounting sectors. Michael is regularly quoted in national industry and business publications and has participated in trend discussions including RealComm and the Dallas Business Journal's Technology Real Estate Roundtable. A Certified Public Accountant since 1984 with Big 4 experience, Michael graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He is married and has three sons.

Throughout Craig Jones' 25 year career in commercial real estate, he has been involved in virtually every aspect of real estate brokerage and development. Prior to joining Partners National he was a former development partner for MSDW Realty Partners, a regional real estate services company. After the passage of the Telecom Act of 1996 he was heavily involved in designing and developing the “Smart Park” concept for data centers and colocation facilities. Craig uses his development experience and solid understanding of the technical issues involved in mission critical facilities to advise his clients on every aspect of a transaction. Craig has represented corporate real estate clients throughout his career, completing transactions throughout North America and internationally. Craig holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Banking and Finance from the University of Arkansas. He is married and has four children.
